Brelee is pretty determined to do things her own way and in her own time. We were rushing out the door and she wanted different shoes than what I had found for her. I told her I was taking the baby and my bags out to the car and I needed her to get her shoes and come to the car before I came back inside.
I say that a lot, and a lot of times she is sitting on the kitchen floors with her pouty face and arms folded in defiance when I make it back inside. But not this time. This time she was marching through the laundry room as I caught up to her, and she was singing, "I will gooo, I will doooo! The thing the Lord commands, I know the Lord provides a way. He wants me to obey! I will go, I will doooo..."
It was the cutest thing.
She wanted to obey and she chose to on her own. I LOVE that that is her favorite song right now. :)
The pouty face can be cute AFTER the fact. silly girl.
(this was, no mom, Im not going with everyone else, I want to hold a chicken.)

Yes, those pouty faces are much cuter after the fact!
Rebekah has been singing that, too. :) Ya think it's in the program this year? ;)
