Chris took the boys camping up at Mt Lemmon in the middle of June. Just he and the 3 boys. They went on a Thursday night. In the past Chris has insisted on not taking the boys until they are potty trained. He was super nice and took Nate along. He knew Nate would have fun and feel left out if he didn't get to go.
As soon as they arrived to their camping spot Nathan was screaming. Apparently Nathan had in his mind that the forest is a dangerous place where scary animals are. He clinged to Chris all evening but only screamed for a little while. The next day I think he was a little better.
I am so glad Chris is willing to take the boys and do fun things all on his own! It sure makes me happy to see my family having fun together!
When they came home they were so dirty!! and even though I had packed extra clothes, they were all in the same ones. boys :) and they really missed Brelee Kate. They mobbed her. Nate tackled her first and they all had to give her big hugs.
