July 14th, 5:45 am. Chris calls to say he is at the bus stop...but he forgot his wallet, holding his bus pass. So, we happily got up and rushed to the bus stop to take him to work. We got everything together so we wouldn't have to drive all the way home and then back into "town" for Travis' Dr's appointment. This left us with about an extra hour to fill. So we went to buy some donuts and ate them at the park and played while we were there.
Travis was a little nervous, but he did GREAT while they sawed his cast off.

He kept moving his fingers around and for a little while he kept forgetting the cast was off. (He still colors often using his left hand..hmmm doesn't bother me) :)
Couldn't resist taking a picture in front of the fun wall in the waiting room. The boys kind of cooperated. silly picture taking mother.
