ASU played U of A in basketball on Sunday. For those of you who don't know, Chris and I are both ASU alumni, and Chris works in U of A country (Tucson). ASU tends to do better at football, and U of A is usually better at basketball. When Chris brags about ASU during football season, his co-workers always say "Just wait till Basketball season." And they are USUALLY right.
BUT NOT THIS YEAR. :)
This is what Chris wore to work (yesterday) the day after ASU beat U of A in basketball (for the second time this year, which I believe hasn't happened since 1995, correct me if I am wrong)
We all sport it. Travis has his warm-ups, I have my shirts and sweaters, Nathan has an outfit and I think Wesly is due for some new gear. I thought we would get egged when we first moved down here, BUT it is the BEST conversation starter I have yet to find. And everyone is really very friendly about it. What would life be like without a little friendly competition? I wouldn't have as much fun, that's for sure ;) Not that I am competetive or anything...lol

YAY! Go devils! It's weird how I'll be going to NAU- but my heart will always been with ASU.. even though I never actaully went there.. i applied once, does that count?! Since you and Chris went there I guess I'm cool by association right?! haha
Kevin is also ASU alumni and loves to bring it up as a conversation starter. When he tought Elder's quorum he was sure to rub in a win if he could.
