Okay, so this is round one of potty training. I have treats for rewards, cool spiderman and superman underwear and we visit the potty for chocolate treats every 15-30 minutes. Travis started out wearing the undies on the outside of his clothes, but he felt left out and while I am cleaning up one kids' messes, why not two!?! BECAUSE I AM THAT CRAZY. But hey, why not give it a go. You can tell how optimistic I am about all of this by my title of ROUND ONE. As I am not so sure this will be the first experimental day. So today, we will be home all day, and they are wearing awesome super hero undies. WISH ME LUCK! (do you think Nathan would like a pair too? let's kill three birds with one stone, j/k)

I've heard that some parents "potty train" their kids from the beginning. As in, they hold their babies over the toilet and everything and their babies never wear diapers--accidents just happen in their regular clothes. Wierd.
I've totally heard of that! Like they NEVER wear diapers. I thought it was a third world sort of thing...maybe I'm the crazy one forking out what we should be spending on a car, in DIAPERS!! :) gotta love it.
haha man do I have some fun stuff to look forward to when we have kids! haha. Maybe they'll pick it up really good! :) We'll keep our fingers crossed for you! Good luck
I started Wuthering Heights but couldn't get into it. I would definitely recommmend Jane Eyre. It's by Emily Bronte's sister, Charlotte. It took me a little while to get into it but once i got past her childhood, I couldn't put it down.
I think these blogs are taking the place of family letters including friends. It is wonderful for me to read all of these blogs from all of you. luv, Grandma Flo
I'm at the same stage with Ben. He turns three next month and is so not interested in the "potty". He loves to wear his Lightning McQueen undies over his diaper.
I hope you don't mind me reading your blog? If you'd like to check ours out eamil me at katiemayberrykm at yahoo dot com.
Okay Kati if have any major success with the potty training let me know! I need to start potty training Drew, but with me working now it's a lot harder. Plus, I'm just not sure how to start! So if you have any ideas pass them my way!

We'll definitely have to do a dance off sometime. The workout mode is crazy. I tried it on our first night and it was kind of hard. I had to modify it a bit to keep up with it! It's a fun little workout though to get your heart pumping. Anyway, start practicing so I don't beat you too bad :o) I'm really horrible actually. With as musical as I am, I have NO rhythm. It sounds like it's Chris I'll have to worry about...
Hey! DDR? Im so coming over to play. Im not good - but I love it. That and guitar hero! lol - I just realized that you have 3 boys! Wow - I though I just saw two! You should definitely post lots of pictures of your kids and tell us what their personalities are like! Im such a baby stalker! they are so much fun, and I love their innocence! You are lucky to have such cute kids! I dont know too much about potty training, so I cant give advice. :) Good luck though, I heard it can be trying.
